14-day returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your product. Email contact@luxurybusinessllc.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send a return to our business address without first confirming the return instructions.
Condition and return costs
For change-of-mind returns, return the product in the condition received, with its accessories and packaging where reasonably available. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. This does not apply where we are legally responsible for return costs, including applicable remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming goods.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you discover a problem and include your order number and, if available, photos. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable law. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit statutory warranty or other mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds
After receiving and assessing the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and issue any refund due to the original payment method. Your bank may require additional posting time. Refund amounts and timing, including any refund of original delivery charges, will comply with applicable law. No store policy overrides a mandatory refund deadline.
Customers in France and the European Union
Where applicable, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason, and a further 14 days after notification to send the goods back. You can exercise this right by sending a clear statement by email or post; no particular form is required. You pay direct return costs for a change of mind. We reimburse payments, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Mandatory legal exceptions and guarantees remain applicable.
Cancellation
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. If the order has already shipped, the return process may apply. This does not limit statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights.
